Kathy Lynn Green

With a background in Hotel Catering and Convention Services at the Willard Intercontinental in Washington DC and The Breakers, Palm Beach and Pharmaceutical Sales for Johnson & Johnson/ Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Kathy has unerring skill at finding the perfect balance between sales, marketing and product value. She is detailed oriented and customer focused. Kathy understands that client satisfaction is paramount, whether buying or selling a home. Her record as a Top Producer, with her partner Nancy Gefen, for 13+ years, with a business built exclusively on client referrals, is a testament to her success in not only meeting her clients’ needs, but more importantly, in exceeding their expectations.

Kathy has lived and worked in Florida for 35+ years and has extensive knowledge of the best properties and communities that South Florida has to offer. Kathy moved to Boca Raton from Boston when she was 13 years old and attended St. Andrew High School and is a graduate of  Emory University. She has been married to Ken for 25 years, a Maryland native. On a personal note, Kathy is extremely proud of her two children Alexa and Andrew. Both children graduated from Spanish River High School. Alexa graduated Dartmouth College and lives in Washington DC and Andrew attends the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Aside from her family, her passions include tennis, golf, reading, the beach and  outdoor activities. Kathy is extremely involved in philanthropy and sits on the Board of Directors for The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
