Jill Meredith Stern

After 30 years in corporate America helping people find jobs and build their careers, Jill made the exciting transition into Real Estate — a move that felt both natural and meaningful. Her extensive background in Executive Leadership, Operations, and Talent Acquisition sharpened her ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and guide them through important life decisions with professionalism and care.

Having called Boca Raton home since 1987, Jill brings a deep understanding and genuine love for the South Florida community. She is a proud Indiana University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, which led her to begin her career in New York City, where she spent over a decade with Home Box Office (HBO) in their Program Planning and Scheduling department.

Twenty years ago, Jill had the opportunity to return to South Florida, where her immediate and extended family reside and found her calling in Human Resources, specifically Talent Acquisition. For over seven years, she worked for a top recruiting agency, connecting talented professionals with companies across all industries and levels. The greatest joy of being a recruiter, she says, was the ability to change someone’s life — helping an individual find a job they love and helping a company grow stronger with the right hire.

After her years in agency recruiting, Jill transitioned into the corporate arena, where she continued to grow her career, advancing to the Director of Talent Acquisition for several leading organizations. Most recently, she was part of the Human Resources Leadership team with FirstService Residential, the largest property management company in the United States, where she was able to combine her passion for Talent Acquisition with her growing love for Real Estate.

When she is not helping clients list, buy, or find their dream homes here in South Florida, her focus shifts to her family. She is a proud mom of two wonderful children; they are her greatest motivation and the reason she is so passionate about helping other families find the perfect place to build their own lasting memories. She is also a happy new Mom to Leo, the family's beloved Bernedoodle puppy.

Jill’s interests outside of Real Estate include cheering on the UF Gators, Miami Dolphins and Indiana University sports teams! In her free time, you will find her on the pickleball courts, which is her favorite way to stay active, competitive, and connected with friends.
